MAKING STRIDES DAMARISCOTTA WALK 2024

Once again, our Club will be sponsoring a Team in the Making Strides Against
Breast Cancer Walk in Damariscotta on Saturday, October 19th at 2:30 PM.
So many of us and others we know have been touched by breast cancer, we
need to continue to fight and contribute to find a cure for this disease. We welcome
all Garden Club members, their families and friends to join us in this hopeful and
important event.
You can support our Club’s Striders Team in several ways. You can join the
team and walk the non-competitive three-mile course. This has proven to be a
wonderful time of fellowship. You can also make a personal donation or gather
donations from family and friends. ANY and ALL contributions are GREATLY
appreciated.
There are two ways to give your contribution/donation: you can go directly to
the American Cancer Society site (below) and donate to our Boothbay Region
Garden Club link with your credit card or you can mail your check to my address
below. Your check should be made out to the American Cancer Society, and I will
scan it and add it to our club contributions.
