Officers of the Board of Directors

President: Kevin Bowler
Serves two-year term; conducts monthly and annual membership meeting; serves as Chair of monthly Board of Director meetings; attends Medomak District meetings, GCFM annual conferences; prepares annual applications for GCFM club awards, ensure club events and meeting publicity notifications are provided to the community, and choose annual program theme. The President is a member of all committees except the Nominating Committee.

Vice President: Cathy Fisher
Serves two-year term; assists the President as needed; in second year, works with yearbook committee and program committees in preparation of yearbook and annual programs.

Recording Secretary: Irene Fowle
Prepares Board meeting minutes and distributes minutes to the Board within one week. Appoints designee to digitally record minutes when Secretary cannot attend in person.

Treasurer/Budget Chair: Sandy Paxson
Collects and holds all monies for the club; prepares annual budget; provides a monthly report to the Board of Directors; pays all bills; sends to Treasurer of GCFM annual assessment per member no later than August 1; prepares and participates in the annual financial audit (May) and reports auditor’s findings at the following June annual meeting. Our fiscal year is June 1 to May 31.

Directors: Linda Bonin, Linda Redman 
Act as advisors to the president and the board and shall assist the club in any way deemed necessary.

Corresponding Secretary: Laura Blake
Prepares club correspondence as needed, including get well cards, sympathy notes, and notes of appreciation.

Historian: Maintains all minutes of meetings and preserves awards and legal documents of the club.
